Some details are still being finalised. These documents are published so that
customers can read the terms that apply to the services today. Zypheral's company
registration details and the governing law will be completed once the operating entity is
registered.
The documents below govern your use of Zypheral hosting and email services.
- Terms of Service — the agreement between you and Zypheral: what the services are, what you may and may not do with them, billing and renewals, suspension, and liability.
- Privacy Policy — what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.
- Data Processing Agreement — for business customers whose use of the services involves personal data they are responsible for. Sets out how we process that data on your instructions.
- Refund Policy — refunds, cancellations, free trials, failed payments, and what happens to your data if a service is suspended.
Cookies
Only what the site needs to work is loaded by default. Analytics, including session replay, load only if you consent, and you can change or withdraw that at any time.
